Got a key for my vehicle. Worked great.

They know their stuff! Needed a cabinet key cut and all I had to do was provide the friendly gentleman the code on the cylinder and he had one waiting... read more for me which worked perfectly! Plus, in the summertime they keep the front door open which is very inviting these days! Will go to for all my lock needs.

I really appreciate how the person on the phone was straight up with me and let me know that he doesn't dabble in repairs and only prefers stocking higher end products but gave me the number to someone who might have some ideas for me. It was the best referral, and the person was super amazingly helpful! I recommend this place for good quality products, service, and great business practices!

Outstanding service!!! I had to pick my daughter up from school early as she had a stomach bug and when we arrived home and I was unpacking the car, the... read more door shut locking my four year old daughter inside with my keys and phone. I called one locksmith service and explained the issue, they said it would be at least an hour until someone could help me unlock the car. I then called Kildonan lock service and the operator explained they were quite busy today so I may need to wait until the afternoon. I then explained that my daughter is locked inside the car and the operator immediately spoke to the manager who personally dropped everything to run to our aid. Trevor Dawson arrived to our house within 5-10 minutes of my phone call and promptly unlocked my car door. Trevor very kindly offered the service free of charge as he recognized how tough the situation we had found ourselves in was, explaining it didn’t feel right to charge for the service. Nothing but great things to say about this company!!!!! They really made a bad morning quite bright with their outstanding customer service and exemplary level of kindness. Thank you again guys!!! One hundred star rating!

They sent a tech named Mike to fix a job for me that we needed their help with. He fixed it promptly and without issue, then gave me a courtesy calle immediately afterwards to inform me of another problem that he had solved for us proactively on his own. Then Trevor followed up soon afterwards, just to make sure that I had all of the information that I required from them. I don’t see service like that much these days and it was good enough that I felt I should go out of my way to promote the ones who are still doing it right. Thank you for the amazing experience!
