They sent a tech named Mike to fix a job for me that we needed their help with. He fixed it promptly and without issue, then gave me a courtesy calle immediately afterwards to inform me of another problem that he had solved for us proactively on his own. Then Trevor followed up soon afterwards, just to make sure that I had all of the information that I required from them. I really appreciate how the person on the phone was straight up with me and let me know that he doesn't dabble in repairs and only prefers stocking higher end products but gave me the number to someone who might have some ideas for me.
