I had to pick my daughter up from school early as she had a stomach bug and when we arrived home and I was unpacking the car, the... read more door shut locking my four year old daughter inside with my keys and phone. I called one locksmith service and explained the issue, they said it would be at least an hour until someone could help me unlock the car. I then called Kildonan lock service and the operator explained they were quite busy today so I may need to wait until the afternoon. I then explained that my daughter is locked inside the car and the operator immediately spoke to the manager who personally dropped everything to run to our aid. Trevor Dawson arrived to our house within 5-10 minutes of my phone call and promptly unlocked my car door. Trevor very kindly offered the service free of charge as he recognized how tough the situation we had found ourselves in was, explaining it didn’t feel right to charge for the service. Nothing but great things to say about this company!!!!! They really made a bad morning quite bright with their outstanding customer service and exemplary level of kindness. Thank you again guys!!! Went twice to have keys made at 2 different Canadian Tire locations. Both were bum keys. I remembered dealing with Kildonan Lock years back, so I went and... read more explained my problem to them.
