I called one locksmith service and explained the issue, they said it would be at least an hour until someone could help me unlock the car. I then called Kildonan lock service and the operator explained they were quite busy today so I may need to wait until the afternoon. I then explained that my daughter is locked inside the car and the operator immediately spoke to the manager who personally dropped everything to run to our aid. Trevor Dawson arrived to our house within 5-10 minutes of my phone call and promptly unlocked my car door. Trevor very kindly offered the service free of charge as he recognized how tough the situation we had found ourselves in was, explaining it didn’t feel right to charge for the service. Nothing but great things to say about this company!!!!! They really made a bad morning quite bright with their outstanding customer service and exemplary level of kindness. Thank you again guys!!! I was referred here for a possible repair or replacement key fob for my SUV. I'm a full-time student, so I was moslty looking for a repair, but if not,... read more then a cheap replacement just to last me until I could afford a proper replacement fob. I really appreciate how the person on the phone was straight up with me and let me know that he doesn't dabble in repairs and only prefers stocking higher end products but gave me the number to someone who might have some ideas for me. It was the best referral, and the person was super amazingly helpful! I recommend this place for good quality products, service, and great business practices!
